Talk with your fingertips. Don't stop the car, let's drive.

Taiwan Day 2

As aforementioned, this was a really impromptu trip so we were literally planning our itinerary on the metro and what not, so thank goodness for unlimited 3G??

We decided it would be a museum/cultural immersion kind of day, so our first destination was the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. CKS was the ex-President of the Kuomingtang and the national monument was erected in memory of him.

Loving the old China vibes being radiated from the National Theater and Concert Hall :-)

自由广场, Liberty Square

中正紀念堂, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall

Oh deer!

可爱啊

This right here is the best bowl of 红烧牛肉面 I've ever eaten.

We were just walking around before we chanced upon the famous Smoothie House by accident.

It started pouring like mad after this photo was taken, so we decided to use the underpass and explore this old shopping district that's fully sheltered and air-conditioned.

Ate cheap sushi in the metro, because the hobo life never ends.

Got our 珍珠奶茶 fix

It was posing for me, aww.

二二八和平纪念公园, 228 Peace Park

Taiwan, you're so pretty.

Headed to Ximending in the evening

Can I say this? 西门町 looks just like a miniature Harajuku.

I love this graffiti art so, so much

火锅

UGH, then my ice-cream had to drop

阿宗麵線, Ah Zhong Mee Sua!!!

臨江夜市

There's dogs everywhere ahhhhhh I love Taiwan???

Supper was deep-fried chicken and shrooms and beer with these scrubs :-)
