I've got bi-polar disorder, my shit's not in order

My life right now consists of consults, consults and MORE you-freaking-guessed-it, CONSULTS.

I'm scared, I really am, have I lost the battle already? Consults are time-consuming yet they're so essential.

This week, I have 7 hours worth of Econs consults, and this aptly illustrates how much this schedule is getting out of hand.

There's still GP (6 hours), Maths (4.5 hours), Chem and Bio(too lazy to count, they're just overwhelming). And I'm not blaming anyone, cause it was I who booked the consults with others but yea, all of these kind of restrict me from doing some solid studying.

I don't even know what to do right now, the bomb is about to explode, and I have no idea how to stop it from detonating.

Who’s around when you can’t be strong? Who’s around when you’re losing your mind?

Someone please stop the clock, pretty please.

Can't believe all of us just graduated a week ago, time is really passing fast.

Anyway, graduation was really memorable :')

We had potluck in class and there was cake to celebrate Kengz, Ziying and XY's birthday and it was probably the last time all of us would hangout together as a class(until the end of As)

Received handwritten notes and gifts from teachers and schoolmates and was feeling really blissful.

Frankly speaking, I used to think that JC is all about being independent, pro-active and that teachers merely facilitated learning but this is far from the truth.

We're extremely blessed to have gotten such caring and passionate teachers who would not only go the extra mile, but are also willing to run an entire marathon for their students. Reading all the notes and letters and receiving gifts just makes me wanna go up to each and everyone of them and hug them.



Taken the day before grad day. Mrs Lee: "Class, I think we should take the picture in the class. No! No! Don't move the tables and chairs, the messiness of the classroom gives it a natural setting." Hahahaha classic Mrs Lee.

Grad day assembly was absolutely mental, I laughed so hard during the skit until my stomach was up in stitches. And the performances by teachers were equally exceptional. It was quite a treat since 4 of our teachers had performed, hahaha see, S14 really do have the best and most talented tutors.





It was a bittersweet day.

What do you want from me when I just wanna restart?

Feeling slightly disorientated now, so I figured I might as well update this darn site instead of doing some really unproductive studying.

So plenty has happened lately, like prelims, the end of prelims, collection of results and the rapidly approaching A levels.

After prelims, went to watch The Maze Runner with the class, ohhhhh my, it was so intense, and yet soooo good. Then we waited for 30mins for llao llao. It was good but not as good as everyone claims. Then met up with MZ at night to write inside Sheryl's birthday card.



Last week

Went to study at CCP Starbucks and this sweetie MZ came over to accompany me for 3 whole hours before we went to Table Manners for dinner.

Word of advice: Menus can be really deceiving, especially the pictures in them.

We happily ordered mushroom truffle capellini, chicken and pork ribs platter with salad and potato wedges and a side of truffle fries, thinking 'aiya so little only.'

And we ended up staying there for 2 hours trying to finish up all the food. I swear my stomach was on the verge of exploding.



But the food was really good, especially the mushroom capellini *swoons* and they were really generous with the beer.


Pretty sure that this is more than a pint. (my hands and Mingzee's phone for comparison)

The bill came up to $95 and I now have to declare myself as a broke-ass person. I need to start saving but I keep doing the exact opposite.



And this Meanzhen sweet Mingzhen even made choco banana cupcakes for me the next day aww hehehe :')

Today (9 Oct)

Today was really an eventful day because we celebrated someone's birthday :)

However, it started out like any mundane day, with lessons starting at 8am. Had math, a long-ass 3 hours break, gp then the gp compre practice in the audi before finishing the day with chem consults.

Then I had to rush back to Pasir Ris and bathe before meeting Emily.

We wanted to surprise Fionn cause she finally turned 18th today so we just grabbed some apple ciders and a vodka mudshake thing and paid up before meeting up with Peizhen and Alecia.









We just sat next to the playground and talked and talked and reminisce secondary school times for a few hours.

Heheheh it was such a good moment, you know those kind of moments where you want so bad to store up and save until you come across a real shitty day and you can just whip it out and relive it?



I don't think there's a way to aptly describe how much I've enjoyed tonight, so let's just use the typical "I had a great night" expression.
