Monday
Met up with my dearest 垃圾 Cheryl to do the post Hong Kong trip blogging.
We camped at Starbucks for 3 hours typing away(and also getting very distracted hahaha)
We kept talking about the trip and some other stuff like PET SOCIETY omg our fav game during the lower sec years.
HAAHAHHA I used to log in to Facebook every day during sec 1-2 just to play Pet Society, Restaurant City and Country Story. And I would visit all of my friends so that I could get the free coins HAHA. Then Emily and I would be chatting on MSN about the ingredients to trade with each other oh gosh hahaha.
And the blog's already up!

Thursday
Went out with the Hong Kong trip gang to catch Catching Fire :)
Before that, we had lunch at Hot Tomato mmmmmmm
We were insanely famished man, and we gossiped about people from TPJ throughout our meal heheheheh :)
And the movie's great, made me feel like rereading the entire THG series again.
Friday
Went to River Safari and the zoo with my aunt and 2 cousins :)
KAIKAI AND JIAJIA ARE SO CUTE. I could just stare at them all day, especially when they're munching on bamboo stalks.
I WISH I COULD HUG THEM.
Felt like a kid when I was in the zoo. There was this area where we could feed the goats with leaves and stalks and we just hovered around that area for close to an hour!
The air had this pungent and unpleasant smell of goat poop but the goats were so adorable :')
Ended the day with some Jap food >:)
Saturday
Met up with dear Peizhen for dinner at Astons before heading to HQ :)
After that, sat in the hall for close to three hours listening to the Standard Chartered Marathon 2013 First Aid Duty briefing. I was battling to keep my eyelids opened man )':
Then at around midnight, we proceeded to the zone room to 'sleep'
Laid on the cold, hard floor for the next 2 hours, tossing and turning, before we all woke up at around 2am.
Set off to our designated destinations in an ambulance :)
This time round it was completely different from the water duty I did two years back.
Anyway, I was assigned 2 juniors - a sec 3 from Catholic High and a sec 1 from GESS for the First Aid Duty.
I stood there for 6 hours with them, dispensing plasters and deep heat rub while listening to the walkie talkie.
But many funny things happened hahahaha, shall not go into details.
The only "action" we got was from a woman who had an abrasion.
We washed and dressed her wound and she was good to go.
Then we started getting very bizarre requests for scissors and nail clippers.
A man started cutting his fringe with the scissors because he told us his fringe was "getting in the way"
And a woman began cutting her toenails at our first aid post(we were all trying to control our laughter really badly)
It's kind of calming to witness people running. Listening to the soft pattering of their shoes against the asphalt road and the sound of the runners panting, and feeling the occasional breeze sending slight chills to your body.
Enjoyed it thoroughly ;)
Really thankful for the little ones, they were obedient and made good company :')
The whole thing lasted for about 11 hours.
The first thing I did when I reached home was to bathe and then spend some quality time with my darling bed.
