Reading the old posts from yesteryear just makes me feel so 1)annoyed that I sounded so immature in the past, 2)sad that time flew by so rapidly, 3)disappointed that I didn't treasure that moment in time, 4)glad that I had been through the roller coaster, 5)nostalgic, 6)miserable because I'm a total mess right now, especially due to my results and laziness

So I've just started reading Mitch Albom's "The Time Keeper", actually I started on it in Japan but didn't touch it until now.

You know that feeling you get when you read the first 25 pages of a book and you just know it's gonna be a beauty? I felt that.

Every single one of us can relate to it, it has so much wisdom.

“Try to imagine a life without timekeeping. You probably can’t. You know the month, the year, the day of the week. There is a clock on your wall or the dashboard of your car. I'm under instigation

Just when I thought I've finally settled econs homework, I checked the class chat and realised that for each essay, we have to write 6-8 pages oh my f.

I HAVE TO REDO THE ESSAYS NOW. What a waste of time since I haven't started on maths and barely touched the bio revision package.

Enough ranting. So we celebrated Alecia's birthday hehe. Actually I had no idea what was going to happen so I just met Emily and Chloe at tamp mrt. Then we bought a totally gangster tiara with a bling bling necklace and other thug accessories plus a mafia bubble wand for Alecia, really funny hahaha.

And then we rushed down to Temasek Poly to meet up with the rest (Fionn and Peizhen). Dayuuuum I swear poly life looks so fun. Look at my pathetic jc life. Anyway we were lost and couldn't find our way so we were asking for directions. And we saw Junyuan, Honghui, Jonathan and Winson(again).

I'm feeling so tired, I hate blogging using my phone.

Saw the sunset(so lovely mmmm), ate a little then we just sat down to wait for Alecia's lesson to end at 8.30pm. Then we ran and surprised her and forced her to dress up like a princess HAHA. Bryant Choo was there too.

Started using picsart a long time ago but only discovered the wonders of it recently heh. I definitely have a flair for art HAHA

So we dragged her all the way out and we went to have dinner and there was cake and we sang her a song and then it was getting late and then we took polaroids and then we split up and bade each other goodbye and then took bus 15 back with seah, fionn and emily and then we did silly things and then we hugged before we went our separate ways.

So I spent the whole day doing PW with Ziying today.
Hahaha seriously, pw can really drive me crazy. My dad drove me to toa payoh library to meet her there and then we started our primary research.

Omg it was hilarious maaaan. We got rejected by both the library and the CC for interviews because apparently the interview slips that we had did not suffice.

So we ended up sending emails from the library instead to various organisations :( *sighpie*

But after that it was alright cause we went to mos burger for lunch. Sat there for like 3 hours and we were like talking about the big pile of homework left undone due to distractions like watching dramas and other distractions. Talked about sec school,  home ec and dnt lessons, cca, vamp diaries, amazing race and a whole lot of random stuff hah but it was cool :)

Bus-ed all the way home and it took me an hour to reach pasir ris ):

Anyway I saw like 3 hsc people yay, winson, magdalene(she was so shocked) and xiangtian.

Ok actually I see xiangtian most of the time because he lives so near me.

Finally got my race pack yesterday but I'm not ready to run because my body is so underprepared. Just gonna complete it with a shitty timing.

Those 7 days in Japan were gold.

I wish I could stay there forever honestly.

Only then did I realise Singapore pale in comparison in terms of the culture, the food, the history, the etiquette and the basic systems of everything.

One day, I'll come back for you, land of the rising sun.

Are you happy? If you are, then I give you my blessings. Is it normal for me to experience suicidal thoughts from time to time? Sometimes when I get too near the edge of high places, I have this sudden thought of myself lunging forward towards the earth.

Wednesday

After lessons, went home and then proceeded to DTE to meet Hasbi.

We ate sushi buffet, I swear I almost died because I kept stuffing more and more sushi down my throat even though I was super full.

Then we kept complaining about how full we were and we ate ice cream for dessert yum.

Not surprisingly, there's always space for dessert hehehe :)

Thursday

Ok Thursday was quite a long day man, thanks to PW.

Ahhhhh sometimes PW drives me crazy cause we have to think so hard for the interview/survey questions :<

After that, went for a late lunch with the og girls at DTE again.

It was funny hahaaha and fun too, haven't hung out with them for ages, that's why.

Anyway I saw Shi ting and Phylicia while crossing the road in the rain omg I was stunned for a sec then I ran to hug my bro. Must be fate or something because I really missed her.

Friday

Ok friday.

We did pw again yippee hooray, I must try to associate happy thoughts with PW before I start loathing it.

But that session was fine :)

After that, went to j.co with Yi Ting, Jing Yi and Yiting's friend to eat donuts.

I ate sloppily because my taste buds were turned on.

Anyway it was hilarious hahaha we spotted a thread on one of the donuts and then YT's friend went to complain and.. long story short, I kept laughing hysterically.

Yup, we returned to school at 4.30PM for our service learning OCIP briefing. Urghh, still quite annoyed that we missed the chance of going to batam for CIP.

So yea we have to help the elderly fill up forms for their health subsidies on the first week of July.

Ok I guess that's not too bad, since I've had some good experiences with helping the aged :)

The Blue Collars

I get so excited every time I discover a good indie band on YouTube ;)

Passing by the old school yard, everything just looks so small

Watched Fast 6 with Betty last night :)

awwwwyeaaaaaaah it's the best, seriously, the fast cars, topless men, sexy girls, the sound effects and the freaking explosionsssssssss.

Heh. In fact, we watched Fast 5 two years ago together too.

Anyway it was a wonderful night, was able to catch-up with her hahaha and we were gossiping about people when we were on our journey home, just like old times in our secondary school days.

Fffffff I miss them so much. Those 4 years, undoubtedly will be the best 4 years in my entire life. Unless God has something else more exciting and lovely in store for me in the future ;)

We sat under the void deck and talked and talked until we both felt sleepy and went home at around 11+

Todaaaaaaay.

So I finally went to collect lenses today with my momsy :3

Thank goodness the man at the optical shop was super duper patient and understanding because I took a damn long time to stuff the lenses into my eyes.

The first few tries were really scary because I'll have you to know I watch stupid shows like Final Destination which gave me slight phobias of EYES.

Even at night when I look into the mirror, I get scared of my OWN eyes.

Yeah, I kept praying during the process and I had to put in and take out from both sides thrice before he let me leave the optical shop.

Then I had to wear them for six excruciating hours, my eyes were so teary and all ):

You can imagine the amount of joy I had when I could finally take them out.

Returned from a night jog an hour ago. Could only manage 3km oh goodness. 2 weeks ago I ran 2.4.

Which means I have to run twice next week, the first would be 3.6 then 4.

I'm not a good runner at all but the deal is I've signed up for this 5k run with both my sisters and aunt and I've never ran 5K without stopping in my entire life.

This is going to be a challenge.
